I’m not exactly sticking to this everyman schedule religiously, but then again, you don’t have to, apparently. Whatever, it seems to be working out quite well so far. The mornings are still a bit groggy, but it’s a lot better. I sort of decided I was only going to nap when I felt I needed to, but I seem to need to have one at the right times anyway.
Went out to the shops today and didn’t consider the time, which meant I was late back, past the nap time, and I really needed it. I guess that means this schedule seems to be suiting me well. I’m going to try a 4 hour core tonight, 4 – 8 and see how the morning feels on that. Need to get to a schedule that is comfortable and I sharp all day, then I can start trimming the core sleep down. I should be able to get down to a 2 hour core and 3 20 minute naps. This will give me plenty of time back and regular naps through the day to stop me being drowsy. Seems to be working well so far, once I get past the perennial 7 – 11 morning issues.
So, going to start winding down to my core sleep now.
