Despite feeling pretty tired, I’ve failed miserably to have a nap. I downloaded a software alarm clock and set it to play a tune, which I figure would wake me up. It has a really neat wake me up in n minutes function. SO I set it for 25 minutes, giving me 5 to drop off and 20 minutes of actual nap time. Fat chance! I reset it twice as I was determined to have the nap, but it just didn’t happen. Hey ho, maybe the 7 o’clock one will work.
I’m already having doubts about the practicality of the Uberman schedule. I find myself counting down the time between naps and frankly, 4 hours suddenly seems like a very short space of time. Clearly it’s too early to know how well this will work in practice, we’ll just have to wait and see. But if it proves to be so, I can always switch to the everyman schedule and have a 2 hour core and only 3 naps, spaced throughout the day.Have to say that it doesn’t feel at all weird being up this late, which I thought it might do. My eyes are pretty tired though and seeing what I’m typing is a tad tricky, but that’s prolly just down to the contact lens. I dare say I’ll get used to it. Oh well, I’ll try to put the time to use now and set up the actual blog!
